Below are some of my recent works. They range from As-builts to 3D models, space planning to conceptual design. Visualization has helped my clients get a better sense of what the possibilities are for a future home renovation without knocking down walls and adding finishes they wish they hadn't.
"Kristin went over and beyond excellent to accommodate us as we were on the mainland during the selling process. And the hurricane. She was the best sales agent we ever have experienced. Great young lady."
"I would like to thank Kristin for her contributions to our recent home renovation project! We purchased a 1970’s home in February and were surprisingly unable to obtain existing drawings or floorplans from the city or county. Faced with a tight 8 week deadline, Kristin’s value added service of drafting and design was the much needed solution to our problem! With Kristin’s help, we were able to quickly and efficiently utilize her drawings to work with our contractor and renovate the home of our dreams. Thank you Kristin!

This Gold Coast condo was in original condition, and any buyer was looking to do a full renovation. Taking the As-Builts and turning them into a 3D model helped get the big picture of what could possibly fit in the space without knocking any walls out. From fixer upper to future design without manual labor was a win win for all parties involved.
This living room makeover project was designed to transform a dated and underutilized space into a vibrant, functional, and stylish area that reflects the client's personality and meets their lifestyle needs. The aim was to create a welcoming environment that seamlessly blends comfort with modern aesthetics while optimizing space and functionality.
This beautiful oceanfront Kailua home needed a lot of TLC. After a full gut, Making Home created plans and renderings of the future design. The plans were helpful for estimates for the general contractor and his team for their short timeline. Many design changes were made through the process but visualization was key for helping the homeowners make quick decisions and kept them moving forward.
